Continental US Shipping:  Shipping price is for Federal Express Ground in the continental US only.  Alaska, Hawaii and International will be additional. If mailing outside the continental US, or if expedited shipping is required, Customer will be contacted by our office for approval and payment for additional costs before order is shipped.

International Orders & Shipping:  All orders shipping international are subject to the import duties, fees and taxes of the destination country.  Customer will be responsible for all custom and duties/taxes for their shipment.  

Note:  Delay in delivery may occur if your package is randomly selected by your country’s Customs Department or Agency for inspection.  We have no control over the process or additional charges associated with the delivery and importation of your order into your country. 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We can accept returns or exchange requests on in-stock merchandise only.  Items that are On Demand Ordered cannot be returned or exchanged, they are not a stocked item.  Please refer to Terms & Conditions for more information on returns and exchanges.
